150 estudiantes de primaria y secundaria participan esta semana en un ‘hackatón’ (maratón) y elaboran disfraces para celebrar un un ‘Carnaval de las profesiones del futuro’. Se trata de una iniciativa promovida por la consejería de Innovación del Cabildo de Fuerteventura para acercar al alumnado al mundo de la ciencia, la tecnología, las matemáticas y el arte.
Durante tes días participan en la original propuesta alumnos de los CEIP Tuineje, Gran Tarajal, Agustí Millares Carló y Bernabé Figueroa, entre otros, así como IES de distintos municipios.
El hackatón se incluye en el programa STEAM Fuerteventura del Cabildo. La coordinadora del mismo, Marta Cabrera, explicaba que «esta y otras iniciativas que desarrollamos dentro del programa son clave para acercar las disciplinas STEAM a los escolares y a la sociedad de Fuerteventura en general”.
