El concejal de Urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Puerto del Rosario, Javier Ledo, mantuvo este pasado martes, 25 de octubre, una reunión con los representantes de la asociación vecinal de la zona de Montaña Playa Blanca, a quienes el concejal informó sobre los avances del Proyecto ya iniciado de Reparcelación y Proyecto de Urbanización del SUNCU 2.5.1. de Montaña Playa Blanca, encargado a la empresa Gesplan que también trabaja en el mismo proyecto para el resto de zonas del barrio de Playa Blanca.
El proyecto consta de tres fases diferenciadas, de las que la primera de ellas, que es el estudio previo de viabilidad del sistema de gestión, ya ha finalizado con éxito, dando paso a la segunda fase ya iniciada consistente en la redacción del documento de aprobación inicial del proyecto de reparcelación para, finalmente, ejecutar la urbanización de la zona de Montaña Playa Blanca, cuyo coste administrativo ronda los 110.000 euros.
Durante la reunión se acordó mantener una estrecha colaboración con las asociaciones vecinales afectadas para conseguir culminar esta actuación y para que, en todo momento, los vecinos sean conscientes del desarrollo de estos trabajos.
En palabras del alcalde de Puerto del Rosario, Juan Jiménez, “seguimos trabajando para dar respuesta a reivindicaciones históricas por parte de los vecinos y vecinas de Playa Blanca”.
Por su parte, el concejal Javier Ledo subraya que “desde la Concejalía de Urbanismo que dirijo cumplimos con un compromiso que habíamos adquirido con los vecinos y vecinas del barrio por impulsar actuaciones conducentes a solucionar una situación problemática que se venía manteniendo en las últimas décadas”.
